Terms Of Service (T.O.S)

General Information

All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.
I reserve the right to reject a commission if I believe I am not comfortable or confident on taking your request.
Waiting time is 3-14 days, it may increase if the commission is very complex.
If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example, it is xmas or birthday gift) you should inform me earlier, extra priority may cost + 20%.
After lineart is accepted, I won't do any changes to it.
I accept only picture references, no text please.
The following prices are only for illustrations for personal use (It means that the artwork will NOT generate you any kind of profit (monetary nor promotion), and is something you wish to have purely for your personal enjoyment. IF you want commercial use commission, that would be + 30% of total cost. This applies to regular and chibi commissions.
Please save finished picture somewhere on your computer, due to lack of stash space I delete old files sometimes.
I slightly modify color palette to fit my style, if you want me to stick to the original colors please let me know before I start drawing.

I accept only Paypal payments, in USD or Euros
I expect payment before I start lineart part
I can wait up to 3 days for the payment, if you won't be able to pay at that time, please let me know so we can discuss other date.
No refunds, unless I haven’t started work on your commission, or if urgent reasons arise where I will be unable to finish the request.

I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example:

Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (with giving you proper credit as character or commission owner)
In case of commercial commission I may share WIPs on Patreon.
I may offer digital files of commissions for personal use on Patreon, and similar sites for learning purposes.
Private Commission - If you wish the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet it would cost + 25% of total cost.

Important information

Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.
